This Is Your Life, Harriet Chance!

I really enjoyed the writing style, so much so I finished it in a day! You know those books that slowly break your heart the entire time you’re reading it, mixed with some laughs, and when it’s over and you’re still heartbroken and thinking about the characters for a while? Yep, that’s this book! I liked that even though there were jumps in time, they weren’t bothersome because it was a single narrative.

My heart aches 😦 I was compassionate for the main character from beginning through the entire story. I must say I usually prefer a non sappy ending, but I’m sad. I just finished and can already tell I’ll be thinking about Harriet the rest of the week.

Wow. Did I mention I’m sad?
